Farlows continues to monitor government advice in relation to the current pandemic.

FARLOWS PALL MALL STORE - OPEN

Farlows Pall Mall, London store is open and is operating revised opening hours of: 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm on Saturday. The store is currently closed on Sundays.

The continued safety of our customers and team is of paramount importance to us, so despite easing of Government restrictions, customers are still requested to use the sanitisation station provided at the store entrance, to wear a face covering while in–store (unless exempt) and to observe social distancing. Customers numbers will continue to be monitored and store access may, at times, be limited. Additionally, access to some areas may be controlled to ensure a safe shopping experience.

ONLINE ORDERING - OPEN

All our products are still available to purchase online, or by telephone on 01544 322 311, and we have stringent procedures in place to ensure our team is able to process and despatch orders safely. Our team is also available to discuss any product–related queries you may have to assist with your purchases.

Please be aware that because of these precautions our normal shipping times may be subject to delay and we may not be able offer guaranteed next day delivery.

ORDER DELIVERY

Please be aware that because of reduced staff numbers our normal shipping times may be subject to delay and we may not be able to offer our next day delivery service at all times. If this service is available it will show as an optional upgrade during the checkout stages.

Additionally, our couriers also have policies in place to ensure safe delivery and there may be delays with service that are beyond Farlows‘ control. Please refer to their latest updates below.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

If you are an overseas customer, please note that all parcels may be subject to additional delays. This is due to the fact that all parcels are being collected and stored at central depots until there is enough volume of shipments going to the designated country to make it viable. We apologise for this additional delay and thank you for understanding during these difficult times.
