Farlows Tuition Update – Our programme of residential courses remains on hold, but we are delighted to advise that we will be resuming our core tuition programme from Tuesday 20th April 2021, with safe and socially–distanced casting lessons.
Farlows works in conjunction with the Sportfish Game Fishing Centre at Theale, Berkshire to provide the very best fly fishing tuition, with every level of ability catered for.
The Sportfish Game Fishing Centre is home to one of the UK’s leading small, stillwater trout fisheries – Haywards Farm Lake - and with casting platforms, boats and underwater wading platforms it is designed to offer the ultimate tuition experience.
Headed by Farlows Group Tuition Manager, Chris Hayward, with a team of accomplished instructors you will be in the very best hands whether you are a complete novice, want to learn to cast a salmon rod, catch your first trout or simply brush up your skills before your next trip.
Tuition Price List
- One to one fly casting lesson £50 per hour
- Group (2-4 people) fly casting lesson £85 per hour
- One to one 1/2 day fly casting lesson £125
- Group (2-4 people) 1/2 day fly casting lesson £225
- One to one under 16's lessons £20 per hour
