COVID-19 DELIVERY INFORMATION
In order to protect both delivery staff and customers as much as possible, our couriers have policies in place to ensure safe delivery for everyone. Please refer to their latest updates below.
Please be aware that because of reduced staff numbers, and the occasional need for team members to self?isolate, our normal shipping times may be subject to delay. Also, we may not be able to offer our next day delivery service at all times, if this service is available it will show as an optional upgrade during the checkout stages.
If you are an overseas customer, please note that all parcels may be subject to additional delays. This is due to the fact that all parcels are being collected and stored at central depots until there is enough volume of shipments going to the designated country to make it viable. We apologise for this additional delay and thank you for understanding during these difficult times.

- There is no delivery on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays.
- We charge you for your order when we ship your goods.
- We do not charge your credit card for any item until it is ready to ship.
- If your item is not in stock, we will put it on back order for you. You will only be charged when you backorder is shipped.
- Due to new laws, we are unfortunately unable to ship any items containing gas canisters to any overseas destinations.
