One-Day Introduction to Game Shooting Course

Join Farlows and Outside Days at a Stockbridge, Hampshire estate this summer for a day's introduction to game shooting course.

Driven game shooting is an accessible sport, giving a unique entry point to the countryside for many thousands of people each year. Outside Days and Farlows have collaborated in the design of a course to give insight and knowledge into a sport that is at once traditional and increasingly popular.

This relaxed and sociable course is designed to explain the rules, practice and etiquette of driven shooting. At the same time, you will see a side of the sport that many experienced shots won’t have seen, with a unique opportunity to explore the underbelly of a noted Hampshire sporting estate and get up close and personal with the gamekeeper.

Driven shooting is a sport that provides enormous benefits to the environment as well as making a real and valuable contribution to the rural economy, a hidden side our behind-the-scenes shoot visit will reveal.

Give us a day and we’ll give you the skills to confidently accept shooting invitations, secure in the knowledge you'll be a welcome guest on any peg and a credit to your host.
